At Windows R Us we include an All Inclusive Lifetime Transferable Warranty with all of the products we sell. Windows R Us warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the Owner or Owner’s immediate transferee resides in the home.

• Vinyl Parts - That under normal use, all vinyl components will not blister, peel, rot, corrode, fade or chalk.
• Mechanical Parts - All mechanical parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
• Seal Failure - The seal insulated glass unit will be free from failure or defects.
• Glass Breakage Warranty - Windows R Us will, in the event of glass breakage for any reason, replace it at no charge to the customer when Low E and Argon have been purchased.
• Labor - That all labor necessary to correct any item covered under this warranty will be provided at no extra charge to the customer.
• Transferable Warranty - This Warranty may be transferred to the owner’s immediate transferee (one time) provided that the transferee notifies Windows R Us in writing within 45 days of the transfer and submits a transfer fee of $100.
